She looks so burnt out and unwell. I hope someone close to her steps in and helps her. She’s not a nice person but it’s still sad to see and I wouldn’t wish what’s she’s going through on anyone.

I thought the same when I saw her account today.

Saw on her stories she got 2nd in her age group at Hyrox Birmingham which is amazing but it all feeds back into her thinner is better mentality which is not healthy.
I was reading an article in the local paper about the lady from my old running club, she's going to Hyrox Valencia and will probably come first in her age group as she's 70 and rarely comes up against people her own age, she often gets included with the 60+ age group and still beats them!

I feel this has been a pattern with her for years, get thinner and thinner, run faster and faster, massive burnout, get heavier and in a better place mentally, go on about how much of a better place she is in, and then repeat the cycle.

Because of her job and the fact her entire social circle seems to be tied up with the gym she is never going to recover fully. She was so much healthier both socially and physically when she was with the ex, she had a life and social circle outside of exercise and it really showed.

Did something happened with short shorts guy? A few months ago they were always running/hydrox together, now he has a different mixed doubles partner and Jordan doesn't comment or like any of his posts.

He probably got fed up of her um and arh constantly and never getting an answer. I bet she is hard work to have as a friend.

The were both at Hyrox Birmingham and both still training with the same clubs but you don't see them in photos together anymore. Must have been what she was talking about.

Her friendships seem to change a lot. Having had the unpleasure of her company on several occasions I can understand why.

I don't agree that both her and Danny share so much of Gracie but it's good to see they seem to have decent co-parenting relationship and both took her to see Santa together

They use her for content which is not a great idea, neither of their profiles are private so they have no idea who is seeing her.
