Just reading the PPP SubReddit. Apparently it was possibly heart disease? One of her friends posted a heart photo on Instagram with the caption that heart disease can affect anyone. Timing seems relevant but her friend could be talking about someone else as they don’t name Alex in the post. The wording on the memorial announcement on Alex’s Instagram definitely reads like suicide, which is tragic if true.

I was absolutely shocked when today's post was the first one to show when I went on insta. I've not watched her latest streams, but I thought she had a new house she's renovated, birds, claye and was moving in a new direction with life. I know she had many viewers express their opinions online regarding the divorce and messages shared, but I thought she was concentrating on moving forward. Maybe she couldn't help but look at forums and believe what horrible things were said. Thought she had a twitch community that supported her when she done things like playing games or how what people can get from the Salvation website.

It's a very sad situation, although it doesn't say how she died or circumstances, she had her demons and unfortunately sometimes they are too powerful.

Hopefully she's now got peace from it all

How very sad.

It made the news internationally, and the blame is - in such reputable papers like the Daily Mail - of course, directed towards 'the trolls' while not mentioning the dozens of other red flags scattered on the journey she took over the past few years. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely people who need to take a long hard look at what they put on the internet, as do the 'everything is fine' brigade.

I’m finding the speculation and the assumption of cause very distasteful across the internet at the minute, also seems her old friends/parent are getting harassed and blamed online! Awful situation all around no matter what the cause was.

The people pointing at 'trolls' now harrasing her (former) friends and family really does not come as a surprise. I read a comment that, considering how Alex acted following the divorce and the break-up with the Sydney gang, it would actually have been what she wanted. I hope it quietens down soon so everyone is able to grieve and heal.

Isn’t it ironic (don’t ya think 🙃) that the very people accusing folk of cyberbullying Alex to her death are now cyberbullying her former friends? I hope they are ok. When it comes to suicide (if that’s what actually happened) then nobody should be blamed as it comes down to mental illness. Sure a situation like a divorce or falling out with friends isn’t going to help an already unwell person, but plenty of people go through these things (in and out of the public eye) and don’t commit suicide. It’s not the fault of her former husband/friends and not the fault of anonymous people online talking about her life.

Not suicide.
