I'm in a group that has lots of the Popsy people in it but generally has a more negative tone. I can't believe she'd be upset by this but even more so she'd share with everyone that she's upset by it, I feel bad for her but i also cringed so hard.

She got a fair few grumpy comments reminding her it's only a customer that does it and only with people she is Facebook friends with.

The lady in the Popsy group who does the birthday messages then posted she wouldn't be doing it anymore.....
