I have both fibro and ME and some days I can barely get out of my pjs, but other times I can make myself look presentable. That said, if I had a new coat I would likely take a photo on the hanger, I wouldn’t get done up like a dogs dinner just to show it off a bit….

Same, I often spend over 80% of my week in PJs when I’m struggling and if I get dressed, it would be for something essential.

Thankfully my kids are old enough to take themselves to school and I generally work from home. It sounds gross but when they were younger and I really struggled, I literally mulled jeans and a hoody over PJs and had to drive them to school even though it’s only 2 min walk.

I was never one of those parents who was (visibly) in PJs and slippers at the school gates though!

Popsyites are definitely the kind to be married to blokes who get up at 5am to put their towels on the lounger. I bet quite a few are being forced into their marching Popsy T-shirts.

I’m still a Popsy wearer and my OH would potentially put towels out, but only because he’s always up at that time anyway and it would be his idea not mine. I think I’d be divorced pretty sharpish if I suggested a Popsy T-shirt though 🤣

I knew a bloke who dressed as a woman (I won’t say transitioning cos he did absolutely nothing to go about down that road, he just insisted he was a she) and he genuinely honest to bleeping god complained that he hadn’t got a letter reminding him to go for his smear test.

I’ve always said if you genuinely honestly think you were born in the wrong body and want to seriously transition then go do it, who the hell am I to stop you. But those are the ones who do it quietly and for themselves.

but these men who just want to be called ‘she’ and have everything women have (including smear tests??) and join all the women based groups and whatever. No. duck off.
For me, they are still men no matter what surgery they have - so transition to what, they are still men🤷‍♀️
No-one is born in the wrong body, you certainly don't hear disabled people saying that, the reality is that your body is your body!
These are just attention-seeking men who get a kick out of dressing up and saying they are women, they can get in the bin the lot of them 🤮

And in todays episode of “Did it really happen,”

As an older woman my mind is boggled by all this trans stuff that seems to be everywhere. I am probably a despised terf, but no matter how much lipstick and pink clothes you wear and however you mutilate yourself by hormones or surgery or draw on a sharpie cleavage you can't change a man into a woman and vice versa. I feel like I am watching the downfall of civilisation in slo-mo. Utterly bonkers. Stop pandering to the likes of Timotei, without the validation and attention he's just a sad man in a frock.

Just watched the "reveal" of the dresses that they sent to that Yorkshire influencer the other week (after more than one person linked it in F&F). The second dress looks quite nice but I can't get over how people seem to lose their sh*t over the fact that the dresses have pockets. I know it's a nice thing to have but going on and on about it just illustrates how boring your life must be if this is the height of your excitement, and raving over pockets doesn't have to be a quirky personality trait. The dresses do fit her better than a lot of people to be fair, as she hasn't sat the wrap part so it cuts over her boobs, but those who haven't had the same, ahem, assistance in that area will be fighting a losing battle with the fit.

She does suit the shape but she also seems to wear a decent bra which sets her apart from the usual Popsy customer.

Who cares about pockets ? Hardly any of my dresses do and I never put anything in them anyway. I don't like pockets actually they add bulk. Only on jeans are they acceptable.

Hi Sandra or Nik if you're reading this. Please could you do a What do you keep in your Popsy Pockets thread on F&F? Your engagement will be through the roof and my curiosity will be satisfied. Many thanks.
If it's paracetamol, tissues, chapsticks and tampons I'm not interested

Are you watching the same video as me?? I thought the first dress (flat waist one) looked really good and then the other 3 (all gathered waists I think) made her look frumpy 🤷‍♀️ admittedly her boobs looked good in them all but from the waist down, just no! She has a good figure but they made her look twice her size 😬 and the one with the pink belt...OMG!! The belt was sat at least an inch above the waistline (which we all know is a problem with Popsy dresses) and just looked weird. She seemed to keep pulling them down...again, the known issue with the waistlines. If I was new to Popsy, I don't think that was the advert they were hoping for!
