Looks like MNP only came up to visit Plops to assist her back down south. How pathetic sad that she can't even do the commute on her own anymore, constantly needs a chaperone to accommodate the life she has created for herself.

And NOW we always wondered whether she was gorging big portions like she portrays because surely her stomach shouldn't allow it. But we have just seen her demolish the best part of 3 gu dessert pots which are incredibly rich, high calorie and filling. She could've stopped at one spoonful but she kept going then went back for more. Wish someone would ask how the feck she is managing to eat all that.

Honestly this looks like a before photo where you can imagine someone saying that seeing themselves like that was the cue to lose weight/ get WLS etc.

Except at this point she's had WLS TWICE and is still this size.

I'm aware of the irony that I'm eating crisps while posting this btw but I have lost 2st since August!
