I have zero problems with anyone or their size or how they chose to lose weight gain weight, I am a plus-size person myself.

I started to lose weight because like our Pops said a while back she had sore knees and hips and the pain did not subside just with eating less however when I introduced exercise I felt a difference in 4 weeks.
