To be honest, anytime I’ve passed a POCO pop-up, there may as well be tumbleweed rolling through them. So Kildare will be no different?!
Same! Was in the Kildare one the last time it was open and it was completely empty, well apart from the 3 staff members who stood in the furthest possible corner from the door chatting and glared at anyone who attempted to come in. 🙄.

She might get The odd yummy mummy Pips wannabe but can't see how she'll sell much there. She can't have the big opening like usual either. Like somebody said it's to sell all the leftover stock she didn't sell online and needs to get rid.

I had the exact same experience in one of her pop ups. When I enter a shop I like to be left to my own devices and if I need staff assistance I will ask for it. The second I walked in, the two behind the counter stopped chatting and I could feel their eyes follow me as I did a full circle around the shop, pretending to look at a few things and straight out the door again. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I’ve ever had. Tumbleweeds galore and that was before the pandemic

I can't see the pop up doing well, think people are well and truly sick of Poco and the cheap tat they peddle. The stuff if all overpriced, like seriously who wants to wear that stuff. With people losing jobs etc this year they are not going to spend their money on brands like this. H&M and penneys etc sell better quality clothes.

I'm looking to spend money on a good jumper or two this winter, and maybe a cardigan. Cashmere, merino, bit of colour, bit of pattern - Pippa's Lucy Nagle stuff ticks some of the boxes alright, but the "influencer marketing" model puts me right off (oh great, Louise Cooney is wearing one she was sent as a freebie, that'll really encourage me to invest!) along with the fact that none of it is made in Ireland.
I'm not convinced that what I'm looking for exists but I'm going to keep looking rather than line the pockets of Pipsy and LegoHead!

The pop up shop will prove to be a huge waste of money and time for Pippa if we enter level 5. She’ll have to close before it even gets to open. What was she thinking anyway. Has she not enough money made that she can let this lie low for a few months. Total stupidity opening a pop up shop in the middle of a pandemic and the country playing musical chairs with restrictions

I have both M&S and Lucy Nagle cashmere sweaters. I have followed the care instructions on the LN sweater - hand washing and drying flat (total pain in the arse) and it still somehow has a hole on the back of the shoulder. No idea how it happened as it's not a stress point in the garment. My M&S sweaters are all perfect and I've been machine washing them. They're far better value and more practical too.

Agree with this. I have an m&S cashmere sweater and its fab.

The same happened to me with my Lucy Nagle jumper, I had literally worn it 4 times in total and only hand washed too...I was nearly afraid to wear it cos of the price of it and then it was only fit for the bin! I was gutted !

OMG I thought the same!!! I was like be quiet I want to listen to her story!
Same here, I really wanted to listen to Eileen, a lovely lady.
With all his podcasts he keeps interrupting his interviewees while they were telling their story.
When you listen to them it's getting repetitive with what he has to say, all about him.
I know he probably doesn't realise he is doing it.

Serious notions. Why would you pay €300 for that when you could get All Saints for that price, remarkable quality and a well esteemed brand. Surely they won’t sell? They don’t look like anything you couldn’t get in Zara
She has lost the plot
If I was spending that money on a leather jacket it would be an All saints one. They are timeless.
