if you think outside the box there are several people would need to know if the house was being remortgaged including the auctioneer who needs to value the house for the bank so yes certainly the house is mortgaged and they applied at least for a remortgage now if they were granted it or not or how much it was I can’t help with but hope that clears up how I can give definite information without sitting in the mortgage office

That’s how many are left … you can edit the quantity & enter say 5000 but it reverts to what’s in stock. 967 in stock.
you can check stock levels, you just have to do it before you checkout!
