If there was no injunction etc then Dan Wootton would have had the story published.

His statement actually says:

Neither I nor anyone else, to my knowledge, has ever issued an injunction, super or otherwise, about my relationship with this colleague, he was never moved on or sacked by or because of me.

I've bolded the key words. He's not necessarily saying there wasn't any injunction, just that there wasn't one specifically about the relationship. Perhaps there was an injunction to cover something else, and the relationship with MM fell under it.

I wish I was shocked at people still defending him, but there are still people defending Kevin Spacey after his grooming and abuse came out. It’s funny how so many of the defenders will be the same people who complain that male abuse victims are never supported, when they are the reason why.
