holly posting lots of her and Alison - and the same on Alison's insta. I wonder are we waiting for an announcement that Phil is bowing out (before the story blows) and that they'll be the first all female presenting duo?

I would really know why ITV are protecting Phil so badly. is it simply because they've known for too long and so if it comes out now, all of them are complicit?

Yeah they are screwed. He knows something about someone major. They definitely would have chucked him sooner if they could do it and come out unscathed. It’s nothing to do with them thinking we are all massive Philth fans!

I never understood why him coming out as gay was treated the way it was, by ITV, Phil so stunning and brave 🤢
The dogs on the street knew that a story was about to break that showed he was anything but stunning and brave.
He must know where the bodies are buried, in ITV.

I would love if all those he has wronged during his career, those he worked with and those he snapped and snarled at in interviews told their stories now.

but he's been so big and brave and strong in saving that poor child's life, despite the conflict he felt because it was his brother he was getting into trouble :rolleyes: :sleep:

they should be fawning over the man (again). how difficult it must have been for him! all about him! who bets phil is sat at home with the gin
 
I think what someone has said above is how they’re playing it then. He will return after Easter and it will be completely ignored 🤬 Seeing that bleeping simpleton (Cocaine Holly) smiling away on tv just now has confirmed it for me. I thought they discuss the front pages? It’s there in bold and they’ve completely ignored it. Ffs 🤦🏼‍♀️

It must be disappointing for his "fans". My sister used to be one in the 80's. (She ain't now!).

There's absolutely no way back for him. And his brother worked for the Police... In IT as well!
Well well well doesn't cover it. And how is ITV going to recover from this? It's all very well going on about the BBC covering up. It's all of them! Every last muthaf UK channels.
This is why I've had enough of television. We just have to let the Courts decide. But I think we've made our judgements. It's not so much the crime (bad enough) that bothers me. It's the whole circle the wagons, we didn't know, well ok we did know but they were just rumours, well ok they were more than rumours, well ok we're up to our necks in it but we'll just carry on as if the law can't touch us, well ok the law can touch us but we'll fire a few production assistants to take the heat off, well ok we're gonna need a bigger bus to destroy the people we've thrown under.
Cycle ITV are no doubt going to inflict on us.
Somewhere Steve Coogan is thinking "Well I'm not playing HIM in the sodding biopic!".
 
Did anyone actually expect them to cover it? They will just brush it under the carpet as they always do. Phil is probably holed up abroad in a luxury hotel and has been since last week when they realised the story was going to break. If you’ve got nothing to hide why run away? Most people have the nouse to realise that just because a family member has been accused of something it doesn’t mean that the wider family is complicit, but by hiding away and trying to spin the story in your favour it makes you look guilty by association. Philip has always been a coward though, he got Ruth to apologise for his ambush of David Cameron. Then conveniently went on holiday for about a month.
