I think a lot of it is gold digging - when I worked for various airlines there was always gossip about rich old men looking for young blokes. Twinkies they are sometimes called.
Just like rich old men look for young girls - which is mostly frowned upon these days - but they are still out there.

I'm glad this was posted this morning because he is on TM for the next 4 days. He has nowhere to hide until Friday so I really hope he is aware of it.. I bet he's fuming inside but he will just have to brave it out and put on his telly face for the rest of the week 😆

No it’s not, but what can a man of 60 possibly have in common with a man in his 20’s? They are at completely different stages of their lives for starters. in theory Schofield is old enough to be these guys grandfather. There’s also younger and then there’s ‘younger’ where the guy in question is over the age of consent but obviously lacks maturity and life experience and is open to abuse and exploitation by the older person. In the case of MM Schofield met him when was ten years old and kept in touch with him until he was legally ‘of age’ It’s perverse and wrong and it would be the same in a straight relationship.
