I love how she’s being offered mates rates for the plastering and insisting she pays them double 😂 proper flashing the cash 😂😂😂 shouldn’t she be saving her money for the freestanding bath.

I have questions ….

1. Where is it she works now?
2. Does anyone know what Stuart does for a living?
3. Why were they in a Council flat in the first place? They are so hard to come by I’m shocked they ever managed to get one without any kids.

Bragging they saved 1.4k last month yet she's happy to have the whole house plastered for £600. I have no idea how long it takes but say it takes 2 days per room and im guessing 7 rooms🤷‍♀️ that's £42 a day, 8hr days so £5.25 an hour. Would you really give your family that little whilst flashing the cash elsewhere.

To give those prices some context, I’ve just had 3 bedrooms and the upstairs and downstairs hallways plastered. Not a massive house either. We’re in the south east so it’s much more expensive but we paid £2,500 and it took 6 days. The fact he’s charging that little for the whole house and that he didn’t even have any plastering tools suggests he isn’t the worlds best plasterer if he’s got any experience at all.

Has she ever posted any pics of the inside of the new house??? Did someone on here say it’s full of damp?

Thanks for answering me Abby 😂

The house looks absolutely fine and lucky for her, doesn’t look like a ‘reno project’ at all. Yes there’s loads they could do but you could also just move your furniture in - it’s 100% liveable.

I hope they don’t plan on staying in the council flat very long now they’ve got the keys to this house!

I will say though - she’s defo got the camera zoomed out on the video to make it appear much bigger than it is - she’s filming like Kate Hayes used to during her garden Reno 😂

For someone that was banging on about having ‘stalkers’ and wanting privacy WHY would you show the entirety of your new home, inside and out?? She’s left nothing to the imagination. Literally invited a whole bunch of strangers into her new home and given a walkthrough of the entire layout from top to bottom 🤦‍♀️

She’s said they’ve already handed their notice in for the council flat so they have a month to move

A month to move is still ages!

When I bought I literally gave myself a weekend to get out of my privately rented place, scrub it top to bottom and into the new place. No way was I going to pay rent and a mortgage for a whole month! Seeing as she was dead against a mortgage anyway I’m shocked she’s happy to be paying both 😂

She isn't, Stu is 🤣

She said she would be be able to go to the house until next week because she was working day shifts, now she's been to the house 🙄🤣
