Olivia Hammond (Oliviaclairem)

Did anyone else see the repost of martins post about taking a baby to Glastonbury - yeah was probably a really easy and exciting experience… when you don’t do much of the parenting, get to stay out with your friends all hours of the night getting on it and then dip and in out of responsibilities!!

his "weekends away" are polar opposite to hers, she has to stay in a uncomfortable tent with a hyper toddler (7 months pregnant) and he is off dancing the night away lmao

She pronounces Athene wrong. It is A -theen not A-then e.

You would think if you considered giving your child you would know how to pronounce it.

No offence if it’s any of your surnames but martin’s surname is awful! No names go well with that it sounds horrendous 😅 and that’s without all of the awful connotations associated with it. I would’ve given them my surname if I were her

Seriously where are they getting the money for this renovation?

She's trying to make out it's all down to having a 'tradie' 'sparky' boyfriend but a back to brick, rear and loft extension in SW London to that standard is gonna be starting from six figures. Probably more like £125-150k allowing for anything he has done himself. And an electrician and beginner social media influencer who basically has never worked aren't even getting a mortgage on a house like that to start with. As usual with the vast majority of these prosperity influencers it's gonna be family money, not that she'd ever admit it, because then her being so rich, slim and successful doesn't reflect as well on her...

I mean just think about a normal tradesman, with a toddler and one on the way, whose partner doesn't work. I know a few people in this situation and without family money they're not buying and renovating houses in london. They're living in 3 bed semis in normal/ not premium parts of the country, having one holiday in Majorca and one in the UK (yea that self employed cash helps) and doing alright but basically 'just-about-managing'. In my experience people with a trade do do well but not buying and renovating a house in SW London at 28 well, with small kids and a non working partner. Its absurd that they're trying to make out it's all 'pulling in favours from mates'. She did a video a while ago where she was purposely obtuse about where they got their deposit/ reno money from I'm sure

They used money from their previous flat sale which I imagine her parents bought for her seeing as I’m guessing they are millionaires from what she has shared about their lives, where her parents live and the private school Olivia went to etc etc

I think they made a lot on their flat (she said Martin had a deposit and her parent gifted her her share) and I imagine that helped buy the house but that her mum and dad are paying heavily towards the renovation! I have friends with partners in the trade who all do favours for each other and it massively brings the cost down but their costs will still have been huge and I imagine he’s had a few favours pulled in but not enough to do a full Reno!!

The previous flat didn’t actually sell though someone said earlier on. It was one of her parents properties that they did up and is now rented out
