To be fair to RK, I openly have favourites too. I have a favourite first born, and a favourite second born. I have a favourite eldest child and a favourite youngest child. My mum openly had favourites, and everyone knew about it. I’m her favourite daughter and eldest child, and my brother is her favourite son and youngest child.
(To summarise, RK is a dick and will her kids probably already resent Aggy. Guess the one staying behind is the least favourite)
 
Greer Perenara posts too much about TJ too and everything he does. Almost like she has something to prove but he doesn’t he comes across as a genuine nice guy but every story is about him. I think she’s quite upset about moving too, I hope she starts to enjoy Japan rather then reflecting on what she’s missing out on here.
Im happy TJ found a new team he was becoming second choice for abs
 
How does Ash Owens afford her life, the new build ect??

Correct me if I’m wrong, but she doesn’t do that much influencing; yes some great brands on there but not enough do equal a fulltime wage/salary & their lifestyle. And she doesn’t do gifted/paid work that often. No big contracts either.

But their house is fancy, she wears only branded things and uses branded products so can’t figure out what she even does? Her month long vlogmas was never sponsored and I swear every day she’s like, I’m going to get a coffee, get a facial and go shopping - she’s never like hey I have work to do and does it

She gets so much free stuff - makeup, skincare, clothes etc. but agree she would not make enough from ‘influenzing’ to pay a mortgage and bills (but she wouldn’t want a real job cos clearly living it up for the gram is far more important).

Assume she and/or her partner come from money, and her partner would definitely fund part of her privileged lifestyle

I don’t find her influential. Think she loves the attention and is annoying.

Even when she was relatively new in influencing and was a student she had a very flash life, definitely must come from money.

There’s hundreds of real estate agents out here and even more who have tried to be agents and ended up leaving real estate to get a more consistently paying job.
I hope for her sake that a silly little girl pulling faces and making weird jokes appeals to people looking to sell their home …

Mandy Duncan lives in red beach in the new development there.
there’s probably others who I don’t follow.
 
A good 20% of the agents get 80% of the listings (that's the case everywhere), so Molz should be aiming to become a team member of one of the heavy hitters. Doing so would provide her with an excellent training ground, even if all she did was hold open homes.

I work in sales (not real estate) and wouldn't have her on my team. She seems very immature and unprofessional. She doesn't even seem the sort who could strike up interesting conversation and maintain a working relationship.

There's a lot of dumb conspiracy theorists out there lol. The police have straight up come out and said he hasn't! There's no evidence for it other than gossip, bred out of people's hate for Jacinda. If there was, I'm sure it would have been plastered everywhere.

I've just seen Hannah Courtney has ANOTHER different fringe?? She goes to the hairdresser I swear once a month. And they just keep getting worse. Begging for her to stop dying it and grow it out.

Thank god she’s moving away from this stylist who obviously hates her lol ….I just hope she can’t find another to scam into giving her free treatments!

No, I don’t believe for a second that is true.
My husband was in the same party scene as both Jacinda and Clarke for a bit of time years ago.
He was definitely the go to guy for drugs and my husband's friend had a one night stand with Jacinda years and years ago!!!
I didn’t like Jacindas politics but I reckon Clarke would be a decent guy to hang with
