I find kids and the commute quite relatable. But Mum And A Mic and Mamas still got it are both privileged middle class bored house wives who add wine drinking to every reel because ‘omg kids are like sooo stressful’.

Kids and Commute is always getting her employer in (the BBC) and how hard she works in a way that seems far too-fetched.
Mum and a Mic and MamaStillGotIt are definitely very privileged and rather patronising.

I do believe Kids and the Commute has a demanding job - also she doesn’t seem to have or flaunt the home/lifestyle that the others do. They bang on and on about the stress of kids when they don’t have work! Oh sorry, being a content created on Instagram is very tiring I’m sure….

I used to like Cat and still do to a certain extent but I agree, of late she is incredibly self absorbed.
I feel there’s a little bit of hubris going on.
I hope she snaps out of it and gets a grip soon.

She always does!! Moans he's away and how she'll be "solo parenting" then does the bare minimum for them, even encouraging them to make they're own breakfasts.. So she can lie in!

I didn’t even realise there was a thread for Cat until I saw her stories, I find her quite funny most of the time. What I don’t like is how she makes out she’s hard done by but failed to mention she had a nanny for the first few years of they kids life? Not sure if she still does, and again nothing wrong with that, but don’t try and make out she’s “one of us” when she is living an extremely privileged lifestyle!

I don't think its appropriate to fall to pieces just because your husband isn't there and you have to 'do life' and 'adult' by yourself. Get some damn perspective. Remember how privileged you are and how fortunate you are. For other women - having the time and space to even have these concerns would be a massive luxury.

Wants a dog but seems to struggle managing life as it is, surely dogs are massive commitment and more demanding for her

seriously how do folks with ‘proper jobs’ such as carers, nurses, supermarket staff etc on minimum wage, working all kinds of hours and juggling tons of tit… manage, if folks like her can’t !?

I’m all for promoting each others mental health and well being but it just feels fake and at times there is a promo/advertising to it. But everyone gotta make a living, but instawankers, I just don’t get them.

Yes to this!! I am all for seeing people earning their living, but she knows the rules, she knows ad goes at the front. It’s deceptive and damn right sneaky to do otherwise!
