Stop the world and let me off, it's taken me about 4 days to catch up on this thread. As an Armagh woman who has been celebrating all week I didn't see one bit of what this lunatic is claiming, actually drove through markethill and saw a couple of families with young children waving any supporters coming home from the match. Imagine being intimidated by wee kids waving an Armagh flag. The audacity, telling a community to stay away from a town.

Cars using public roads shocker!

Firstly, Congratulations 🙌 This Derry supporter was shouting for Armagh. Secondly, I read this last week with my mouth wide open, where else would you get an elected representative telling a whole section of the community not to enter a certain area? Don’t enter Markethill if you’re wearing a GAA jersey 🤡😂 Remember that video that was going around last year? People getting abused for having an Armagh flag on their car. Think it was outside a chippy or something. Was that Markethill?

Jeepers. I haven’t seen you post on the thread but welcome! But that post is mental. And I’m saying that as the token prod 😂😂

Wish people would chill out but at least I know we are now, according to @monga the safest place on the islands. We should arrange a coup.

Thanks Nora, our wee county is absolutely buzzing. Was at the game and we were hugging Galway supporters beside us ❤️ then you come back up the road to this absolute shite 🙄 yes that was also Markethill. I saw the article at the start of the week too, waited to post incase some of the rest of you posted before I had caught up. I'm pretty sure that councillor owns or did own a wedding car business. Wonder how he feels about all his catholic customers or is it ok because they're paying him.

I'm a long time lurker grifty, this thread is my main news source 🤣 I never post because to be honest I'm not as witty as the rest of you 🤣

Please post more often as unlike other threads I have made the mistake of venturing into the past few days I find it to be the most reasonable one on here even though I probably disagree with most people on things

Come and join us! I’ve been saying all week if Galway had won they’d be able to celebrate in peace in every corner of their county. Not up here though 🙄 It comes down to jealousy, they see the following the GAA has and it scares them that Irish culture is going from strength to strength.
The only thing I’m annoyed with Armagh about is I can’t get that song out of my head
😩

🎶 G stands for Geezer I suppose…🎶

Catchy AF and living rent free in my brain 😂

Back on the subject of GAA I did see a post from (I presume) an English guy last week and he was saying all the positives but the last point was that the ‘best’ thing is they don’t get paid.
I completely understand position in that they are doing it for the love of it but I genuinely feel they are being short changed.

@Wee Nora you know my post on that other thread was a joke btw. I honestly need to stop reading it as I can’t articulate things the way I want to and I appear to offend people.

Jamie must be in Bangor 🙄 Having a chuckle at the opportunistic ice-cream man showing up. He might sell a good few 99s today.

Anyone wanna give these a caption? expect them to appear on the blame game whenever its on again lol

Big Mo broadcasting live. Someone has suggested that we all sign a petition and crowdfund to send Mo over to Downing Street to hand deliver it to Rishi Sunak (?) And no they weren’t joking 🙃
