In their most recent vlog, turning 21, I feel bad for how sabre was treated. You can clearly tell that she has a lot of mental health problems and the fact that she has a strange relationship with food doesn't help. (sorry this is long btw)
From what I know, her siblings were arguing while she was trying to drive and I think she swerved the car or threatened to crash it, but I'm not sure, then she went home and the others went to get McDonalds and talked about how she was being dramatic and overreacting. When sabre was at home she was crying and talking about how sad she is recently while her sibling were talking about how she's crazy and overdramatic. All the Norris Nuts edit the vlogs so one of them would have definitely seen it, but its worrying how nobody realises she needs help. In every vlog recently she has cried, or had some sort of massive reaction. I don't think she can handle her family anymore, especially as it has grown and the house it getting more packed.
I think the fact that sabre was driving to McDonalds might have affected the reason why she swerved the car or tried to crash it. As everyone knows, her mum controlled what she ate from a young age and used food as a reward or punishment. Since she is the oldest, she was on that strict diet the longest, and the younger kids had more lenient rules as they got older, but sabre was in her late teens having her diet controlled by Brooke, which definitely had a big impact on her. Sabre now eats food a lot, and it is usually not healthy either. In a lot of vlogs, she complains when she doesn't get lunch and in the last to leave the Bondi room she started crying when her siblings said they were going to get her a salad instead of a burger. I think sabre uses food as a coping mechanism, which is why she eats so much and gets upset when she doesn't eat. I think this may be a big contributor to her mental health, as she has quite a low self esteem and she knows eating is going to make how she feels about her body worse, but can't seem to do anything about it because now that has freedom to eat what she wants, without Brooke's control, she is struggling to set limits on the amount and healthiness of the food she eats.
Her driving to McDonalds was probably already quite stressful, because she knows eating that kind of food isn't good for her, but Biggy and naz arguing definitely made her a lot more stressed. The fact she couldn't control them is probably what led her to swerving the car. A normal person would probably react much differently to how sabre reacted, but sabres mentality led her to make that decision. Her siblings were put in danger, but they didn't think about why she did it and apologise, but instead they talked bad about her, which she probably saw while editing the vlog, and they also got angry at her for "putting their life in danger". Nobody, not even her parents, attempted to ask if she was okay, and her parents immediately took her siblings' side. You could clearly see sabre trying to justify why she did it, and she did show how sorry she was, but nobody tried to understand that she couldn't control how she felt and nobody gave her support. This is probably why she isn't getting better mentally, and why she feels a lot more sad. Nobody can seem to understand that she needs love and support and this is why she is crying a lot more.
I think another factor that contributes to her mental state is that she probably doesn't have many friends. In the vlogs she does mention how she made friends in Bondi and I think there was a vlog where she went on a date with someone in Bondi. When she is over there she seems a lot happier than in Newcastle and I think that is because she needs a fresh start and to be a bit more distanced from her family. I think in Newcastle, she doesn't have a social life as great as in Bondi and this is probably why she wants to move so badly. I think when she cried because her parents bought the house next door she really felt a lot of happiness, hope and relief because she knew this could mean she was near her family, but also not completely alone. The fact naz laughed at her was really rude and a lot of people on the internet made fun of sabre but they probably didn't understand how much happiness she probably felt in comparison to her current life.
There is a lot of mention about sabre's emotions recently and how she is a lot more angry and cries a lot. I think her body image, social life and poor mental health are all big contributors to her recent emotions (crying, lashing out at her family, shouting), but her family needs to realise she needs some sort of help and support with these problems.
