I think the tour across Europe was already planned, Lordon just organized for them to stop in Ireland as well. They would have needed work permits for all countries they "worked" in. Maybe declaring what you are planning to do when applying for visas is enough? It's not like they are working anywhere permanently, and the call themselves non-profit. Lordon couldn't even organize Dimwits Bali visa, so who knows if he is professional enough to keep track of everything that is involved.

I mean he even needed an assistant to help him manage his parent's Airbnb, which is probably his sole job anyways.

One thing about Niomi is that she's really good at starting new starts, and that's about it. I don't know how anyone can take her seriously anymore.
