So, the whole of RWRB was filmed in the UK. Can you believe almost two years ago we were just going on with our daily lives oblivious to the hotness unfolding on the same land we walked on

i would also say anything by kj charles; mainly historical but always cute af. start with the secret lives of country gentlemen, it’s really lovely.
the captive prince trilogy by c s pacat is apparently amazing though i have not read it yet. i see a LOT of taylor nick fan casting for it though which intrigues me.
also the charm offensive by alison cochrun!
if you’re into fantasy, then anything by freya marske is also a good bet (i own them but still haven’t read. i buy too many books, as stephen will tell you

Years ago I read The Gentleman‘s Guide to Vice and Virtue. I know that Greg Berlanti (producer of RWRB) bought the rights to it and wanted to adapt this into an HBO series, but it’s been in development hell since the pandemic so who knows what’s ever going to happen to it. But if it had happened in 2019, Nick would have been the perfect Henry (!) Montague. Highly recommend the book, it’s a lot of fun.
