Pelvic issues during pregnancy and she lashing the weights and steps out of out?
Sorry now I'm calling bull on that.

I had pelvic girdle issues on pregnancy and I couldn't Hoover the floors, Let alone bate the roads and gym out of it.
Same same same. I couldn’t even go for a short walk. I was relatively active (not Niamh active like!) prior and it really got me down not even being able to have a walk. She’s probably given herself pelvic issues by doing all those weights an exercises too soon after birth and esp when she was feeding. With the bf hormones flowing … relaxin etc your joints and ligaments stay looser like in pregnancy for longer. I made that comment on this thread prior and I got ‘if she always did it it’s fine’ but bf and only a few weeks after birth I had my doubts. Anywho.

OMG does anybody else think when she says "OMG the noises are so cute" on her stories you can see on her face that she is lying and it's really grinding her gears 🤦🏼‍♀️. Do not think she is managing and really think putting on a front as she knows she will get grilled because she is galavanting so much

Totally agree with people above. Niamh you don’t need a sleep consultant what a load of shite and waste of money. They will tell you the same thing - consistency and routine. Good luck doing that if you are constantly out and about wanting to be seen. Put your lovely baby first. Structure the day around proper naps at home. Driving here there and everywhere is obviously not working for your baby. I don’t care what anyone says most love routine and to know what’s coming next. Do it now because omg the minute they can walk it’s a different ball game altogether 😂
From 3 months old my daughter was sleep trained. She’s now nearly 2 and is a great sleeper and goes to bed most
Nights between 7:30/8pm. If you put in the effort it’s stands to them and you in the long run. I don’t think she has had one weekend of just chilling since the child came she’s all go and she wonders why child is not sleeping great then 🤷‍♀️

Classy …
