Depends on levelling. He doesn’t have much experience so would be working at a junior level which would be pretty standard salary
If he’s a junior account manager be prob 70ish and could get 40 bonus …. Will go way up as he progresses. She’s defo making a bit from insta - plus tons of freebies - one sponsored post could be 4K ( all she would need is to do one a month) which is a 60k salary ….Instagram pays unreal if a big following and u don’t need to be doing loads to earn what an average person in an average job in say finance is earning and do very little . She’s not raking it in like terror or sue but could still be earning a nice little salary - enough for holidays, rent nights out etc. she has no kids and just needs to look after her I would say she’s defo earning more than enough to do that.
