Someone must know what is going on behind the scenes. Is she bipolar because her mood swings would suggest that unless whatever sort of drugs she is taking at that weekends are causing the lows. I am surprised Jamie is still with her as she seems really unstable.

She can’t handle the sesh, and she can’t identify it for some odd reason. What age is she? If I went on a 3 day hen, took a red eye to get home and then performed at wellfest I’d be in bed for months 😂 I don’t think it is mental health just lack of awareness that what goes up must come down! Hey we’ve all been there! 🙋🏻‍♀️
She is dealing with something that she keeps breadcrumbing on about, I’d say that she gets a welcome distraction from it during the weekends and then it comes down on her during the week.
 
I must have missed all this, don't see it on WAI either.

I must say that the well-fest thing looked brilliant, right up her street. If I was 10yrs younger when I was happy to buy into positivity and superficial wellness then I would have been right there doing the aerobics. The music, the buzz, the moves were all there.

Of course the comedown after that would be shocking. If she had even a part time job it would get her up and out and, crucially, out of her own head. Then she could do all this buzz stuff on the side. She obviously has a huge love for it but it doesn't take up loads of hours. There are too many hours left in-between for the gremlins in the head to take over.

If I didn't have a FT job and was back in person meeting colleague my gremlins would eat me alive!
 
If she really has that much of a love for it why doesn’t she get a job in a gym? What she really loves is all eyes on her. She wants to be the star of the show. Her ship has sailed, her following is stagnant. Her life is a shitshow. She’s 30 years of age she’d want to cop on a bit & get into the real world & forget chasing fame. I don’t know how anyone puts up with her & maybe this explains why she has a new friendship group every few months. She’s irritating

Nobody knows because she just comes in every few weeks with tears in her eyes breadcrumbing ‘going through hell’. This hell isn’t severe enough to stop her being a mad bastard though. It only seems to be impacting her ‘content’ whatever that has been the last few years.
