Shes such a whinging little witch.
She SERIOUSLY needs some therapy. Yes, the surgery she had was extensive and brutal and extreme - but it was YEARS AGO. It literally saved her life. She would be dead long ago if it wasnt for that surgery. She is honestly like a bloody broken record. Emptying a stoma or cath bag is no big deal - Christ almighty she needs to get over herself. She hasnt moved on. She says her page now is about her life AFTER the surgery…… what life is that then? Because all she shares is endless regurgitation of this same bullshit, boring footage of that sad depressing looking beach and self indulgent selfies asking her followers to shower her with compliments on her hair/teeth/body etc her life is stagnant. She doesn’t have a job, any hobbies, a social life, a relationship, shes just stuck in this weird little hole of self pitty and self obsession. I also find her “narrative” hilariously narcissistic; “im an ordinary girl who went through something extraordinary” - jesus get over yourself! You are a 40 YEAR OLD WOMAN who had surgery. Millions of others are going through worse.

What I cannot work out is if she’s a narcissist or if she’s just a bit dim. Why can she think, feel and comment on what she hears and sees? Why is her opinion valid but ours aren’t? Why is she correct and we are wrong. Why are her comments about others online not trolling but ours are….Narcissistic or unintelligent?

Honestly just grow up. If you plaster your life online for all & sundry to have access to then suck it up - people can & will have opinions and pass judgment. If you can’t handle that (which you clearly can’t) then go private and get off social media. Itbis as simple as that.
i follow a lady on insta called Kelly Crump who is a stage4 breast cancer patient and the difference between the two women is STAGGERING. Kelly is in her late 30s, so YOUNGER than Nat but its like night & day. Kelly is mature, capable, articulate, shes got a whole life outside of cancer and outwith bloody Instagram that she enjoys - a husband, friends, fitness, charity work,hobbies etc - shes just a normal mature woman in her 30s who happens to be living with incurable cancer. Then youve got Nat, whos a few years older who is just a moaning, whinging, dull, boring, immature, childish baby of a woman who spends her days apparently religiously scrolling tattle looking for things to be offended by so she can play the victim on her instagram crying about what people say about her and posting infantile garbage like this to try and get her point across. Honestly GET A LIFE!!!!!! Grow the duck up. It’s embarrassing at this point.

Wasn't it just a few short months ago she was saying how she doesn't read here despite people bringing it up to her on her IG, that it didn't matter to her what was said here because people were entitled to their space and their opinions? That she didn't mind at all? That she didn't read it?
And isn't it the height of hypocrisy to be suggesting "karma" will befall those she considers to be critical when: a) she's already suffered a devastating, life altering condition (so, what does that say about her own karmic consequences she's experienced, if she so subscribes to this philosophy?); and b) how is her own criticism any better than that which she is complaining about? Does she think her sh*t smells better? Looks and smells the same from here.
