She was obviously brought up the same way she’s brought up her kids- stay in your own, narrow little world, don’t aspire, don’t achieve. I noticed her mother said the grandkids will be working soon, not going to college or university soon. Her type of world makes me feel very claustrophobic.

I think it’s a very much a working class Yorkshire thing. My family are exactly like this; at one point we lived next door to my grandparents and my Mum’s twin sister, down the road was my Nana’s mum and her sister was across the road. Even now, 30 years later, they all live on the same road. My mum currently isn’t talking to me as I’m moving away to Birmingham!
 
The highlight of that programme had to be her son as Freddie Mercury in the talent show, hilarious :ROFLMAO: Not sure how he feels about it being immortalised on YouTube like! Also jeez they really did just copy and paste with Bev and her mum didn't they?!
On a serious note that DV video made me feel very uncomfortable. Not because I'm in denial that it goes on, far from it, more that it's his story to tell, not just something Nanna or whoever that other woman is can use for tiktok clout under the guise of 'raising awareness' Even if he did consent I'm not convinced he's fully able to, might just be me...

Totally agree that the video just screamed clout rather than awareness raising. Also, it’s not just you, I think her twins both have learning/cognitive issues and it’s very obvious from their forced appearances on her videos.
 
The woman and her coddling of her middle aged sons is actually deranged. She'll be bashing the phone to the British Embassy in Washington DC if anything goes wrong for her son on his holiday in America 🙄

Bloody hell, she was a teenager in that picture!! And no nana, you don’t look younger now, whatever your bum-lickers tell you, you look way older than 61 I’m afraid.

On another note, she looks like her daughter and granddaughters in that picture.
