Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but are night shifts a little bit "easier" as the residents will all be asleep for the night (most of the time)? Genuine question, I am not trying to play down the amazing work HCAs do!!! (Apart from stinky Bev)
And I know she's elderly, but she literally works 3 nights a week, and I know care work must be bleeping hard and tiring, but the way she goes on you'd think she was doing 18 hour shifts (like most health and social care workers end up doing). If I did just 3 shifts a week it'd feel like a holiday.
Shes taking the absolute piss out of anyone who actually does work I really really hope people see through her bizarre attention seeking act
