I doubt it too. Sorry to derail but has anyone heard of “SleepyStars Ireland” ? She is a “sleep” woman also but also has 25yrs experience in midwifery and a nanny I believe ( I have to double check this) I’m just wondering is she legit and also does her packages work? I’ll be honest,I’m struggling with the whole sleep routine here and believe me,I’ve tried various routines and regimes at this stage! They’re always out every single day in the fresh air legging it around playgrounds and parks, they eat well ( only a small treat at the weekend,no take aways like our Lisa) we do the bedtime routine, the whole lot ( no white noise machines) and still awake at 11:30 ( like now… one is anyway! The others finally went to sleep 30 mins ago!) Also, this sleep promotes sleep…I am really doubting this rubbish, they have a nap they’re awake even later, they don’t have a nap they’re still awake but not as late as if they did nap! I’m half thinking of seeking some advice but not from sleep lazy Lisa, from someone who’s an actual professional in a way.
