She comes across very narcissistic and a beg. I’m all for us being strong minded women but she actually does the opposite. Unfollowed her when I saw she was buying followers to get attention / credibility

I agree with you and all her photos are very prim & proper and not very authentic! I watched her latest story and I cringed so hard
I just find her embarrassing sometimes.

Whilst I’d intensely dislike anyone running a marathon next to me and videoing large chunks of it… I take back my previous comments about her staging her photos pre-run.
She has quite clearly ran a marathon and looks exactly the same at the end as the start.
I’d be a sweaty state but she looks presentable. So fair play

I’d quite like to know what makeup setting spray she used cause she’s clearly wearing makeup but doesn’t seem to have budged. If I run in makeup after work when I haven’t bothered to take it off I end up with foundation sweat streaks everywhere

I think it’s her eyelash extensions and fake tans that make her look presentable. Fair enough if that makes her feel good but I still think she is so annoying.
This is bizarre! Maybe she is not on the team anymore? Or they just forgot about her? Very, very strange that they didn’t shout her out if she is on the team! Awkward!!
She always plays the naive card “I didn’t expect my time to be so good after only 11 weeks of training” oh duck off!

You’re spot on with all of the above! I’m glad you said it as I’m also bored of her banging on about “post-partum”. There are so many mums out there (including myself) who have had children and made a return to running but for some, it has been an uphill battle and took years hard work to get back to post-natal fitness. I hope she realises how lucky she is to have had such a smooth, non-complicated return. If anything, she probably makes a lot of new mums feel like tit!
Not sure what she does for work however she was flashing a fancy car a few months ago (I think it was an Audi), saying it was a work perk.

I don’t think I’ve seen her go to any of the events or meet ups for brooks for a long time. Just take the freebies. I know she’s got a baby but she’s got enough time to train for a marathon and there’s been plenty of times she’s posted going on drunk nights out so it’s not like she wouldn’t be able to have childcare for a day to attend.

I also noticed this, it seems like she takes the kit, tags them every 4-5 posts and never seems to be at any meet up events. I wonder if she applied again for next year. She was plugging 2XU last week however it seems Brooks are not very strict with letting their ambassadors wear other brands. This woman has life given to her on a plate.

so why do 26000 people follow her? Genuine baffles me. I wonder how many followers without purchased Ones she’s actually have.
I have a 3 and 7 year old and back doing park runs and am proud of that but I wouldn’t sell my soul on Instagram for some free trainers from Brooks running
all just very weird

100% agree with you, she is no more than an amateur runner who hasn’t done anything spectacular or different from your normal, everyday runner, yet she has a mass following. She is quite pretty and the majority of comments on her posts are men so maybe blokes see her on the explore page and follow her because of that.

All seems quite on her now. Her following seems to have stayed and now her marathon journey is over hopefully she realises she’s of no interest to others. Other than old pervy men she entertains with her choice of outfits!
