She’s a bit nasty, first it was the before and after picture of that living room, and the before wasn’t her picture but the previous owners, and then it was that light fixture in her bedroom, and she says to replace THAT! Isn’t she so much better than everyone else? Difference been Reb that the previous owners have PAID for everything they had with their own money and haven’t been KINDLY GIFTED by any company nor have they begged?you think you so edgy but you not!

Oh yes....it’s passive aggressive alright! But I’m fine with that as it means we may be slowly getting the message across. However, I can’t see this sudden decision to do the right thing on occassional posts lasting. I really hope it continues to improve as that’s all anyone wants!
 
Out of all the people I have ever watched on yt I find them severely lacking in humour. I don’t think I have ever laughed at anything they have said. Actually that’s a lie I have laughed at them just not with them.

As for Next I will be closing my account and letting them know how disgusted I am with it all.

Urgh and I use elemis toner & cleanser so I’m now going to have to find a new brand.
 
She said they’d got it a couple of years ago so guessing this was before they got #gifted birthday presents to #regift their children - but just goes to show that hard to trust anything that Is mentioned due to shadiness and history of non disclosure.

No doubt she would be ‘so fortunate’ if the brand ‘reached out’ to her to help with Christmas shopping list.

Yes pretty much all they can blag

Furniture oakland
Lighting and some bedding next
Fisher price toys for poppy
We await who gives them a chair
Beauty elemis/olay.
We assume they paid for the farrow and ball paint from b&q.

I think they painted their bedroom a dark grey.
The family room a light grey

The girls i think was all pale pink dulux

She’s not 30 yet, I think she’s 28?
As she did a uni placement at Disney I would imagine it was something along the lines of Tourisim/hospitality?
 
I have a genuine question about the #gifted things, what is the difference with brands sending ‘gifted’ items to bloggers and vloggers with no obligation (although we all know the idea is they post about them) rather than celebrities being gifted things like clothes for an event which they know will get them publicity? Like I say, genuinely just curious!

The Disney placement is a genuine thing, I know other people who have done it. It counts as part of the course, think they have to do classes and uni work while they are they? You get paid when your working there.
Im sure the bank of Cannon was being fully taken advantage of though!

What a load of rubbish! So the Asda adventure vlog from 2014 where she kitted out the house with festive homeware, pots/pans etc wasn't a gift card? nor the Homesense festive homeware vlog from last year? Because they were certainly walking around the shop like it wasn't coming out of their own pockets! Not to mention the recent Matalan haul where she said she rarely went into anymore! Lies lies and more lies!

I don't doubt that the placement programme is a genuine thing but when she was talking about it she more or less raved about how it was more of a holiday and getting drunk/having a good time. That is also the only "job" that she seems to have had in her life!
 
I’ve just emailed Elemis to tell them I won’t be purchasing anymore of their products and I’ll be doing same with Next and closing my account. The more of us that do this then hopefully things will change.

These big retailers should be helping families who are in need. Not families who can afford to buy their own furniture. It’s an absolute disgrace!!

We already called and closed my husband's this morning. There boys stuff is absolutely dire just now and also the next day delivery doesn't even apply to my post code either and I'm really pretty central. Decleors good skincare as a replacement for Elemis.
