Exactly assault not rape! I think the circumstances are different. Also, Nikita was awarded nearly €250 k. So the case has been settled. Michelle has watched Selina suffer with horrific injuries through no fault of her own. She will probably never receive any compensation. So that’s probably why she made a deal of it on social media to at the very least get a conviction. I don’t think Selina and Nikita are comparable. Didn’t Selina say she‘ll have life long issues like with arthritis!
