i dont understand why she would charge by hour. how many hours does she think she is going to spend per house ? I would say with travel etc 2-4 hrs ( depends on clean if its 1 or 2 hour clean kinda thing ) . So what shes going to do 2 jobs a day , even if she did 4 hrs of actual work theres travel time so 48 bucks minus gas and three million products . Girl you love music go serve drinks you ll make more.

Honestly I would have charged by job because she is quick and can knock more out.

£12 is madness, locally i see cleaners advertised on our village facebook page and most are at least the £20 an hour mark, she needs to buy supplies, fuel, wear and tear on car, her time, tax, NI, liability insurance and then needs to pay an accountant to do her books so she will be paying herself less than minimum wage…… i can figure all this out and do not have a business degree?!
also no way would i pay her to come clean my carpet with a vax carpet cleaner, i have one and trust me its not a patch on the industrial ones actual cleaners use!
