Just occurred to me maybe he’s interviewing his replacement cause he’s planning on quitting and doing Mammoth full time like Alan, although I know his job is in recruitment. Seems he’s growing tired of it.

Not to sound like I’m defending Max because I hate all of them equally, but I know I would get tired of being the only friend who actually works while my friends are perpetually on vacation

I think that's lens distortion from using the wide-angle horizontally - but a fail nonetheless.
Be funny if Max moved there, Alan asked how to do livestreams and they cut him out of the stan money.

However she did it, I think it was purposeful to make her look thinner, especially when you put it in the context of her other behavior like always posing in that dumbass "lengthening" stance and shopping her other pics.

I think you're right - it's bizarre that an "influencer" wouldn't notice and not pick that photo.
I would defy her to name 10 non Disney/Potter movies of the 21st century.

So true. There are a lot of more subtle options before “Photoshop yourself to look like Slenderman” if you want to hide things you are self-conscious about. Now she just looks stupid and incompetent on top of being a massive hypocrite.

Here's my defense of Max....
Even on AllEars, he was obnoxious and sarcastic but it's not a front. That's just who he is. So when I hear about him being abrasive and unfriendly, it fits. Take him or leave him. If you went up to him and said hello, I doubt he'd be terribly friendly (though I'll bet he'd be polite).
Molly nice schtick is an act. She didn't have an Instagram before, so it was easier for her to be the character she wants us to think she is. The more we see, the more the "real" Molly comes out.
I can be sarcastic too, but I know enough that nobody likes that all the time. Not friendly is not what you want in an on air video person.
I think Molly's thin veneer has been revealed.
That's probably why he's not on the YouTube videos all that much.
That said, he was pretty mellow and almost likeable in the Nintendo Land video he did solo.
I'm in HR and recruiting is definitely an acquired taste so I wouldn't be surprised if he is burned out on it. It takes a special kind of person to do it and enjoy it, usually someone bordering on being a full-blown sociopath. But then again I'm an HR guy who doesn't like people. I'd rather be able to focus on the Accounting side more because numbers don't get bent out of shape about pronouns or get their feelings hurt over nonsense.
