And for me it’s the practicality of normal bodies. I want to buy a dress or an outfit for me. I’m a UK 10/12 5’5. There’s no point looking at a size 4 5’10 model. It gives me no indication of what it will look like on me.
 
I think holidays are just giving her a temporary dopamine hit at the moment. She’s quite clearly deeply miserable and has more or less admitted she wasn’t simply wasn’t prepared for motherhood and is still struggling with it now and hates her new body and the fact she has no motivation to do anything practical about it.

She goes on holiday and eats lots of food and the only steps she takes to address it is to photoshop every single photo she posts online to make her look like she wants to look. When she looks in the mirror it’s not what she sees though. It’s body dismorphia. If she’s not careful she’ll be spiralling into depression and she certainly doesn’t have a supportive partner to rely on in any sense. No amount of luxury holidays will fix that.
 
I never follow Molly but her posts appeared in my explore page for some reason, have to praise her ability to make Athens look like Dubai or just about any other influencer hotel holiday. What’s the point of visiting one of the founding cities of civilisation with all their history and culture if you’re just sitting by a pool? Just go to Benidorm.

Exactly. Not only that, but it’s the fact she tries to market herself as being open, relatable and authentic - yet she’s lying to herself and all of us by pretending she’s way skinnier than she really is 🤷🏼‍♀️ when your whole brand is you cracking on you’re so “real” and down to Earth, you can’t be editing yourself a completely different figure

Im actually shocked she got as far as she did, even before Love Island. She’s very plain looking. I have a niece around her age and herself and her friends are much better looking, naturally and done up. I could understand if she had a personality to get through beauty pageants but she actually looks as gormless as she is.

I remember my stunning, beauty pageant friend sending me Molly’s Insta pre-Love Island, and she did look absolutely gorgeous in those photos. We know after seeing her on TV that she was heavily edited, but I do think she was much more attractive when she was on LI vs now.

She’s a totally different girl in terms of how she styles herself. She used to dress completely different, much more girly and revealing, different hairstyles, more make up, etc - she was just a lot more glamorous whereas now she’s playing into the natural, Hailey Baldwin, Sofia Richie, Matilda Djerf, “old money” not doing too much vibes. I agree with you, I know lots of girls who are certainly more beautiful than her. She is a pretty girl, but not “wow.” She has a very common type of face and look in my opinion - not very striking. Not a head turner.

Even on Love Island she looked like every other Essex’s girl. Fake tan, fillers and Turkey teeth, only with a lego head. I never got the hype.

I think she should stick to Dubai. It’s just the sort of vacuous, superficial destination that’s ideally suited to her.

From reading this thread a bit, actually getting out into Athens would probably be good for her. Provide her with some perspective on life and how even 5000+ years ago they realised we’re pretty simple creatures, it’s just we’ve over complicated it, and social media and people like herself are altering the fabrics of society far beyond what it should be. I honestly think a lot of these people though would find the worlds biggest Sephora more impressive than a wonder of the world.

I actually have a veneer on one of my front teeth because I had an accident as a child and I’ve always been conscious that it protrudes slightly more than the one next to it because the teeth aren’t perfectly straight. I spoke about it with my dentist not too long ago and he recommended I get composite bonding and it will entirely get rid of that problem.

I said and I quote “whenever I’ve seen it before it always looks like they’re wearing gum shields and that’s the last thing I want”

He said “you mean Molly Mae don’t you?”

Christ.. I just sifted through some pics of her previous chompers and they were COMICAL!
I think I’d forgotten how huge and fake they were.

Thoughts on her new teeth? She had a good bit of work done on them recently and while they do look better, theres something so off about them. They still look unnatural and the shape doesn’t suit her mouth. It really doesn’t help the way Molly exaggerates and forces smiles whilst talking, it makes her look like a marionette puppet of nightmares.

They look SO much better now but tbh I thought they looked best when she’d just had the bonding taken off and had a bit of extra whitening done and just a few little tweaks on the ends. Just my two pence 🤷🏼‍♀️
