Back on the ol’ Photoshop I see
Don’t think so on this occasion tbh
I started exercising at 3 weeks pp when I had my little one last year. Whereas my friend is still struggling 4 months pp. Definitely agree that everyone is different!Guys, I don't get the negativity about her choice to exercise 3 weeks postpartum if she feels okay to? I know some of you say you didn't feel okay/want to which is totally fine, but we're all individuals, and every pregnancy and PP period is different. Also some official guidance even says that you can exercise days after a vaginal delivery, as a doc who worked in O&G I can tell you I saw a lot of postnatal women that were happy to start exercising a few weeks after delivery. I get that this is a hate thread, but I think that shaming someone for exercising is a bit wild.
Yeah but why is she filming herself exercising in her home gym like a twat lolGuys, I don't get the negativity about her choice to exercise 3 weeks postpartum if she feels okay to? Gonna start filming my workouts from now on and post them on social media so everyone knows I’m a gym gorl xoYeah but why is she filming herself exercising in her home gym like a twat lol
It’s like everyone else said. She never particularly exercised before anyway, and now to do it so soon after baby, filming it etc for attention, it’s very fake, people can tell.Guys, I don't get the negativity about her choice to exercise 3 weeks postpartum if she feels okay to?
