Back on the ol’ Photoshop I see 🤔

Really baffles me that some celebs are insecure about their bodies literally weeks after carrying and giving birth to a baby! Give yourself some slack, Jesus, you just birthed a child ffs. Stop the photo shop and editing. It's giving unrealistic expectations to the thousands of mothers who don't snap back to their previous size and shape after childbirth. We would be more impressed by your honesty than by your figure.

Guys, I don't get the negativity about her choice to exercise 3 weeks postpartum if she feels okay to? I know some of you say you didn't feel okay/want to which is totally fine, but we're all individuals, and every pregnancy and PP period is different. Also some official guidance even says that you can exercise days after a vaginal delivery, as a doc who worked in O&G I can tell you I saw a lot of postnatal women that were happy to start exercising a few weeks after delivery. I get that this is a hate thread, but I think that shaming someone for exercising is a bit wild.

I started exercising at 3 weeks pp when I had my little one last year. Whereas my friend is still struggling 4 months pp. Definitely agree that everyone is different!

Yeah but why is she filming herself exercising in her home gym like a twat lol

I think it’s wild to set up a camera to film yourself exercising and then posting about it, what’s the point? Gold medal for you x You exercised a handful of times last year? Well done you x

Gonna start filming my workouts from now on and post them on social media so everyone knows I’m a gym gorl xo

It’s like everyone else said. She never particularly exercised before anyway, and now to do it so soon after baby, filming it etc for attention, it’s very fake, people can tell.

it’s actually quite bizarre that she’s decided to post that. If you think about her social media content and strategy she has never posted any workouts before or shown anything more than maybe an active outfit to any of her followers. So none of her followers are interested in this content otherwise they would be following fitness influencers. Who decided that posting this was on brand for her? It’s so irrelevant to her role on Instagram as a boring beige bitch

she must have posted this off her own back to try and show people she’s not a lazy lump but it’s doing the opposite considering she JUST HAD A BABY FIVE MINUTES AGO now is NOT THE TIME to be boasting about being back in the gym

like good for her she can move and wants to etc. but it’s just a stupid video for the sake of showing off - not something that fits with her content at all
