I’m from Ireland, do you honestly know how serious the stuff with the kinahans is? His family aren’t allowed anywhere near the USA. The kinahans are extremely dangerous and anyone associated with them aren’t allowed into America. The fbi have put them all on the banned list. Jake won’t come here because he has a multi fight deal with the arena they where to fight in. So he won’t come here.

I’m only messing with saying hes hiding because Tommy being afraid of Jake is a bit of a running gag.
 
I just understand why she has saddled herself with so much debt just before an absolutely enormous recession, which will hit her market the most painfully. Especially since Tommy is clearly incapable of earning a penny - in fact he must be a considerable expense to her.

I really do wonder who is advising her - she looks increasingly like a child pretending to be a grown up

Fran.
Molly needs to understand that Fran’s interests only align with hers when Molly is raking in the cash. When her star wanes, Fran will be gone in a flash and the Molly will just be another name on Fran’s resumé.

I think Molly has rose-tinted glasses on when it comes to Fran. To Fran, Molly is nothing but a cash-cow. The day and hour that someone younger/more marketable/more influential comes along and Fran has half a chance to jump ship, she will do so with pound signs bouncing in her eyes.

From the outside looking in, it’s clear Molly sees this as more than a business relationship - she treats Fran as if she were her second mother. On the other hand, from an outside perspective, I think it’s clear to see that Fran is there for one reason and one reason only. Molly actually seems to irritate her at times.

Fran is not advising Molly correctly. This is because Fran is draining her dry of what she can while she is young enough and famous enough to rake it in as much and as fast as possible.

This is because Fran does not have Molly’s best financial interests at heart. Fran has Fran’s financial interests at #1.

And Molly needs to understand that. Why would Fran, a woman who has built a successful career off of managing influencers and has a family of her own to take care of, be invested in Molly’s interests when she has way more important people to worry about? Molly may see Fran as a second mother but Fran has a child and it isn’t Molly.
 
I still think Fran needs Molly far more than Molly needs Fran.

Fran is very dependent on Molly and at some point, she will need to start branching out and recruiting other clients. As much as MM might think she's Kim, she isn't....the money/work won't last forever.

Any agent in the country would sign MM, on a reduced financial package, without even speaking to MM.
 
This talk of Fran is so interesting because I’ve always found it crazy that Molly doesn’t view it as Fran works FOR HER, essentially Molly is Frans boss but it absolutely comes across the opposite. Fran makes all the big decisions and calls the shots. Molly should have the maturity to realise Fran isn’t her friend/mum this is BUSINESS. As soon as Molly starts making less money fran will be back to taking more clients and won’t have as much time for Molly . Their relationship is very strange to me

Also, because of the way Molly sees their relationship, Fran often behaves as if Molly works for her. To be honest, Molly does owe much her career to Fran and I think she knows that on some level.

He need a that engagement so that he can save up the money to leave MM. I hope she bought the apartment in her name 🤣 who knows, maybe it’s in mummy Fran’s since Molly wants to be Fran’s child so badly that she wishes she had Fran’s son’s life.
