Are there any YouTuber's who just go out and do fun and interesting outings, or do arts and crafts, who aren't very materialistic and rarely do hauls? I would really love to find some new people to watch. Kelly Stamps and Jessica kellgren-fozardis are the only ones I know of.

The only reason I started watching YouTuber's is because I have a chronic health condition and I can barely go out, so I like to watch other people do nice things, as it's the closest I can get to doing it myself. I can't continue to watch someone who says we all have the same 24 hours in a day. She's only young so I'm not going to judge her and she does deserve a lot of credit for what she's achieved. However, it's not good for me to watch someone who doesn't understand that we actually all don't have the same 24 hours in a day or the same level of privilege.

No she is still renting but is hoping to buy a house in the next year. In the podcast she basically confirms what we speculated, that she is looking at mansions that are outside of her budget (which is impressive considering her budget must already be huge). She talked about stamp duty costing £100k+ and renovations costing £900k on a house she wanted and implied it was out of budget, so she must determined to have a multimillion £ mansion in Cheshire.

That would make it between £1m- £1.5m based on the SD percentages.

Sorry I wrote that wrong, she said “X hundred thousand”, which to me implies it was several hundred thousand instead of 100k.

I think she could easily afford a £1mil house - even bog standard influencers are buying £1 mil houses e.g Olivia/Alex Bowen. I think she is looking at mansions in the multimillions.

Yeh same. I caught him on Question Time last week and he was really switched on. I don't know why he bothered interviewing her, she genuinely has nothing to offer.

I don’t think she actually can afford it. If you look at most of the stars, they all bought a starter home/apartment first as an investment. I would have thought any financial advisor would have told her to buy an apartment until she can afford/finds the house she wants, rather than renting. It makes no sense that a person would rent if they can afford to buy. She loved both of her old flat, why didn’t she buy one in the block? And erm didn’t she say she owned her original flat before LI?

As she’s a first time buyer it would have to be about 1.5m plus 🙄

Why does she have to beg for sympathy every Q&A she does? I’ve never seen such a play the victim, narcissistic snob like her. I actually can see why she has no friends- look at her and Ella Ravenscroft, no doubt molly got jealous of Ella marrying rich. That’s all she cares about, money. She’s going to come crashing down so hard. And I’ll enjoy every minute ☺️🥰
 
I just watched a 3 min clip on FB for a show called Kathy Burke: money talks. She was at a food bank and she was speaking to the guy that runs it and generally the shame people feel attending food banks. And that generally people need to show empathy around what's happening and how during the pandemic more people slipped into property. Honestly Money mae doesn't have a clue she is so up her own arse now she will never see the light of day again. It's all been said on here about her general attitude, her materialist goals, her negative attitude to food, her laziness, her disrespect her bratty attitude. If she wants to be a multimillionaire she needs to crack America.
 
As hard as she tries she's still going to be known as Molly from Love Island, and not Molly Mae creative director of PLT. She still hasn't shown properly what she does in a day because she knows it's nothing compared to what she should actually be doing.

She titled that video like it was going to be big life changing news I didn't watch but if she's sad about not going away etc then boohoo get a damn grip. She and Imogen are alike I'm not complaining, just explaining no you are complaining shush it's not that bad.
 
When she said she wouldn't do a brand deal even if it was 7,8,9 million because if she doesn't use it she won't advertise it
I honestly think that's a tactic for her 'brand'. Fran & Molly are exaggerating to make her seem bigger/more famous than she is & its clearly gotten to her head the way she goes on about having to take security everywhere etc.

I don't agree that she wouldn't be able to afford a £1 mil property, there's a fair few influencers who are first time buyers and have mortgages at that price point (and have a fraction of Molly's following/exposure; Grace Beverley as an example). If someone like Olivia Neill can afford to buy a ~400k house at 19 after influencing for barely a year, Molly can easily afford a £1 mil property. While I have no doubts Molly can afford that, I think she has her eyes set on those monstrous £3-5 mil mansions in Cheshire, which is probably a bit of a stretch for now.

There's sensible reasons why you might continue to rent even if you can afford to buy. It makes little sense to buy a place you only plan on living in for 1-2 years, even if you can technically afford it. Property isn't the only investment option and she will definitely have other investments.
