Would be extremely dumb to pay 60k outright for a car and then be renting a basic little house

It’s probably (i’m assuming) not easy to get a mortgage when you’re escorting and I can’t imagine she’s declaring all her earnings but I’m sure lots of women do so it’s not impossible.
