Is H allowed to be on the birth certificate? I once heard if you live in the UK and in a same sex relationship you both cannot be on the birth certificate unless they were married. If this is the case does H have any legal rights to the baby?

My wife and I had our child through artificial insemination, but we didn't use a clinic. We were extremely fortunate that we had a donor that was willing to help. As we are married, regardless of how our child was conceived we are both listed on the birth certificate as parent and mother. If a same sex couple do IVF or IUI via a fertility clinic then they can both be listed on birth certificate regardless of martial status. Hwill have to be present at the registration of birth to be on the certificate whereas my wife who didn't carry the child registered the birth without me there. Same as unmarried and married hetrosexual couples.
 
I honestly can’t be arsed seeing her gut for another year. She’ll be doing a Kate hayes in a few weeks slapping it. I take it a lot of mothers follow her, so we are aware of what a post partum body looks like thanks. Sick of these nobodies trying to force their half naked bodies down our throats. Where’s your bleeping dignity ffs

Ah thank you, I thought I might have beeen wrong! So if for talks sake they didn’t go through ivf etc would they both not be able to be on the birth certificate?

Trying to be "Relatable" "breaking the stigma on instagram and showing normal bodies" oh duck off and when you get there duck off some more. It's all just a big show for her isint it. I'm cringing
 
Honest to god we’ve all been there with pre pregnancy guts and disposable pants with pads but duck me she’s taken it to the limit . A staged photo like she’s the only one who has to prove how her body looks after giving birth and it’s not normal . The pair of them are rotters and it’s now even more apparent the baby was just planned for content for Instagram and that’s just so sad especially when there are childless couples of both sexes out there who are desperate for children . 😡

I follow a girl on instagram that shows her day to day life with her child who has autism. She stopped showing her face a while ago as she said she had gotten some wierd messages etc. She ended up sharing last week that going forward she will now not be showing or talking about her childs feet (her child does not wear shoes) as she had some absolute wierdos messaging her about them. Like these absolute perverts will get off on anything they can, you could never pay me enough money to share my children on the internet with Thousands of people after seeing that even hiding your children's faces doesn't protect them from the monsters online.
