to lose 1lb of FAT per week you would need to be in a weekly deficit of 3500 calories, for her to reach that goal she would need to be in a weekly calorie deficit of 12,250 calories which means she’d either have to be eating 250 calories a day (next joke) or for instance a daily calorie allowance of 1800 and burning 1550 everyday through exercise.
