I’m sitting in the car at kids sport, BORED and decided to BROWse Koiroids highlights, this pic stopped me in my tracks and scared the tit out of me at the same time. Brows gone Wild here. Channeling her inner Bernard from The Santa Clause for Christmas in July in 9 weeks.
PS I know it’s petty and mean, but I'm ok with that.

We’re in an old house and have floor to ceiling tiles and they’ve definitely NOT cracked or moved, and yep you just give them a wipe down, it’s not that deep 😂😂 what the duck is she on about 🤣
 
If all she wants to do is brag to the few followers that were interested enough to come across to her home account from her main account, why not turn comments off? She’s clearly not interested in any questions or comments and it’s not like it’s her “influencing” page where she relies on engagement etc for cash 🤷🏻‍♀️

She needs to just quit social media, for her own good.
 
The tiles are literally COVERING the floor and walls. Those tiles are small too. She’s going to be cleaning grout for the rest of her days.

I bet the cracks are due to movement because Perth is sand. That said I’ve never experienced a cracked tile. It’s pretty odd she’s decided to tell us this opinion with a photo of literally 1000 tiles that go almost to the ceiling.

She has a very distorted perception of things
 
Koirois magical communiteeeee are going to need to start a toothbrush drive, so much grout, if you don’t like wiping tiles you’re going to HATE cleaning all that grout. Such a rookie error for someone on their THIRD build. By your third build you should have ironed out all the previous mistakes and surely you’re in a better position financially to have every inclusion you WANT. I guess when you’re busy replacing the couch and beds every 6 months the mortgage gets a little neglected.

Really, third build? Would never have known. I thought it was only the first.

I don’t like the look of the wall tiles, I think scrimped on them so they can fill the McRonalds house with more things that they will send off to landfill once the next trendy thing comes along :sick:

I just had my fb memories pop up of our house build.
22nd October we had the pavers for the driveway delivered. All taps and plumbing and electrical done, sinks in, oven in, carpet and tiles done! We were in 4 days before Christmas.

Wonder if it’ll be the same for Kyroi
 
I’d just like to point out that her aircon is going to be pushed to the max with cooling that big F off room. The skylights will generate so much heat and she’s got these tiny little vents ON THE CEILING.

If I was a professional I would have told her to get them put on the top of wall or floor.

If she couldn’t do that, why didn’t she get a round vent, Or one of those modern looking diffuser vents?
For aesthetic purposes you know.
She’s literally gone with the cheap looking grill look. Flabbergasted.

I couldn’t get over the placement of the vent in the bedroom, right up against the window? How is that going to circulate air

I thought the same. For someone whose intention I’m assuming is to go for for a high-end, Pinterest worthy, Studio McGee vibe, she’s really doing herself a disservice with standard aircon vents weirdly dotted throughout the McKansion.

I nearly can’t wait for the freaking furniture to be installed. 😳😳

It’s a lot lot lot lot smaller than I envisioned. I don’t really understand the purpose of the big room off the kitchen, is there a separate dining area? A seperate rumpus or kids quarter? The layout is very odd.

Even her kitchen layout is stressful. Why has she got a sink in the island? It’s a horrible space for a sink especially when you’re washing up dirty crap. Wouldn’t a better position be toward the window?
Don’t even get me started on her integrated fridge which will break down in 7-10 years (or less) and she will need to have it re-done because they probably won’t make that standard of refrigeration in 7-10 years. I would have scrapped the fridge recess entirely and stuck a good quality massive fridge in the butlers pantry. Out of sight. It also give you way more space for cooking and cleaning without having potentially 4 other people constantly at the fridge, in HER workspace.

Dale smallcock has proven they’re really just builders, custom builders are not architects.

Can we all just agree that there was literally NO need to show us your pathetic little aircon vents either 😂
