Leave some manuals, don’t make a binder with instructions about how to use a washing machine. It’s so excessive. I do not know anyone who thinks this is a good use of time. No one would do this unless it was randomly part of settlement. Dictating how people use the house you just sold is weird and controlling.

What the duck were children doing while she wa snaking it, looks like it’s thick as. That’s a lot of info and paper. WhT I would do to live that kind of life 😂 no really. She must be on something.
 
We left the instructions for things and all the documents the new owners would need, we left it in the top drawer as instructed by the real estate agent. No one wants more tit to throw out when they move, they already have enough tit to deal with. You’re just being a wanker and want head pats Kyree, it’s nothing to do with being kind or house proud, most people are, without telling everyone.
 
When I sold and moved- I left behind the instruction manuals for the built in appliances, and warranty documents/ service receipts. The house I moved into also had the same in a plastic document folder in a kitchen drawer. No need for infantilising instructions on how to put your bins out in pastel fonts. It’s not kindness it’s patronising. It’s also very self aggrandising to post to your socials about it.
 
Just leave the warranties etc in a drawer in the kitchen like everyone else!

Meanwhile it's not the end of the world no to have those things - we bought recently and had none of that stuff, we have survived.

That being said I bought an actual traditional farmhouse, not trying to recreate one.

Even if you somehow didn’t realise that garbage trucks starts really early in the morning and it’s easier to put your bins out the night before…how many times would you make that mistake? It’s really not such a huge deal that you need to be told in advance 🤔

I think she needs to get off social media. I don’t dislike Kyree, but she is so wound up and overreacts to everything. She needs to chill out. If she can’t handle a few slightly critical messages, it’s time to go. Obviously no one should be subjected to trolling or actual abuse, but someone saying “oh that’s silly” is hardly worth getting worked up over.
 
When we moved into our house the previous owners left us the manuals and a bottle of sparking with a little note wishing us happiness in creating memories in our new home. I was extremely touched by it as the previous owners had lived there for over 30 years and raised a family in it. They did not leave me instructions on how to use the washing machine or when to put my bins out because that’s not normal and is unnecessary and over the top. Everything is ✨ magical ✨ for her, she needs to grow up and live in the real world.

I feel like she is letting loose on her new account!
She needs to stop telling people what to do. Fuckin sit down!

Plus the comments on that feel she’s really really butt hurt. I believe that she can’t function in society anymore so she’s done her own head in.
