Mikhila McDaid #21 She’s got 99 channels but, does anyone watch one ?

...don't say that, she'll be jumping on the ED bandwagon soon........
Well she is always going on about wanting a pill instead of eating…
Now it’s a lot of rubbish food just quickly made so it doesn’t take any effort. Like the whole loaf of bread with cheese. I’m trying to change my food habits as I would come home from a long late shift at work and eat snacks or a cheese roll because I couldn’t be bothered. Now I’m using meal replacements for those times as it takes the meal planning away and stops me going for junk food instead

I did think that too, although my 15 year old has asked if we still had the dvd recently! I honestly can't believe he's 13, he's way to fond of still hanging out with the adults/his parents when most kids his age want to hang out in their rooms. Think like his mother he craves the attention of appearing in front of a camera sounding off. She should channel him into drama or something useful rather than performing for her tiny audience who probably aren't interested in someone else's teen.

Sounds like his voice is breaking which makes it even weirder.
No doubt she’ll be doing the Elf thing in 2weeks pretending he believes in that. Even if he’s young for his age there’s no way he believes in that or Father Christmas. Kids at school talk about this stuff and at his age he’s way beyond all of that unless he’s in a special needs school

I think if you let your kid get to the age of 13 and haven't had that conversation with them you're letting them down. They will hear it from everyone at school, even the teachers, and wonder why their parents at home are still banging on about santa. I think that would be quite confusing for Milo, and he probably doesn't know how to bring it up at this point as he's probably been hearing for at least 3 years that santa isn't real.

My son had his first gf at 13 - just hand holding and kissing in the local park 😂

To be fair to the kid he’s found a passion in football much to Mik’s dismay. She loves reminding us how they are ‘not a football family’ She genuinely just wants him to behave like her - hiding away in a dark house rewatching American tv shows when he’s not at school. He does that aswell , but at least he’s found *something* that isn’t a Mik influence.

Yes, and something that gets him active, outdoors, learning teamwork, discipline etc and mixing with kids his age. Not hanging off Mik’s friends, sitting at home in a dark living room watching tv or playing video in his makeshift Kallax bedroom. Best thing to happen to the lad.

I’m sure he doesn’t still believe in Santa, just plays up to it for Mik. It’s a time where Mik actually puts in daily effort with him and he probably thrives off it.

Fettuccine? Another Americanism when it isn't even tagliatelle in the pan but looks like bog standard spaghetti.
I don't follow Em, but her husband is huge. I'd be seriously worried about my long term health, or my OHs health being that over weight. Are they concerned about it or not worried?
Not sure I can stick with 50 minutes of vlog TBH!

Probably an unpopular opinion but i don't really mind Emma and chris. I know her threads quite popular. I don't watch a lot of her videos because she's too vanilla for me but do much prefer her content is clean, tidy and structured compared to mik. She actually does things and goes places in her vlogs!

You're totally right about their weight! I cannot understand not doing anything about it. Emma has no children and would be so isolated without him!

Mik deffo loves being the "thin" friend in that friendship

Yeah Mik might love being the thin friend but she's not healthy either. Limited exercise and awful diet, full sugar lucozade as a meal replacement? Petit pain (had to laugh at how she pronounced that) with bacon or meatballs and dairylea. Bowl of plain pasta, no veg in sight.
She's only slim as it appears she either forgets to or can't be bothered to eat so probably keeps her calorie count down.
I ended up watching the vlog, well in the background while I finished work. She happily make pointless trips to Asda but orders cough mixture via deliveroo? She must spend an actual fortune getting crap delivered. It's another world to me, no deliveroo/Uber available where I live, with lazy teens in the house I'm kind of glad!
Maybe I'll give Emma a watch although also not sure her content will be my thing. I can see from what Mik shows though that she actually puts effort in to her stuff.

I watched a bit and don't know what she's talking about, seems to be making up scenarios relating to grief and what people think about them?

I don't understand who would A. See an announcement about a 'live' in the middle of the day with a few hours notice and B. Have the time and inclination to watch it at 6pm.
