This is the same mascara that was banned here in the UK.

She also violated ASA/FTC protocols which she may get fined for deceptive marketing and not properly disclaiming it was a paid partnership. The Paid partnership was only disclosed the following day not when the video was posted. It was not clear to the audience (a huge strike for ASA compliance).
She also puts other creators at risk for being liars or possibly deception. Influencers were created to be our closest peers in showing us how a products work and perform not an editorial way. The mascara looked nice without the lashes but she venously refuted it was just the mascara and not allowed to use flash lashes. People who compare this to commercials or magazines are really that dense and don’t see the whole picture as a whole. Her blind sheep will be like, “it’s just mascara” really don’t see how damaging it really is to her brand, the market and audience. She is basically a paid AD on TikTok and nothing is actually genuine as it seems since she hides her sponsorships. She has damaged a small indi brand by saying the person used Vaseline for the swatch and the owner has come out to prove she did not. She was a good person once but when that money came rolling in, it really inflated her head. Money changed her.



She bothered me with her new post especially with that arrogant smirk. I pray she falls hard into a pool of humility.

Even commercial ADs /Editorial Ads have to disclaim if they use false lashes. This is why brands are always getting sued like LOreal did a few years ago.

I used to like her but fame has definitely gone to her head.

I cant decide if she puts on an arrogant personality for the videos or if she is always like that, but something about her now makes me cringe, like ok I swear myself but she is so excessive with it, it comes off as aggressive and try hard
 
Didn’t know who this woman was until lashgate. I don’t even have tiktok. She pooped up on a drama channel I’m subscribed to on YouTube. I couldn’t understand why she’s so popular. She’s got a weird and annoying face. Her lips look stupid I can’t stand lip fillers and her voice & accent is horrific. She talks like her mouth is full of food. I read an earlier comment about how she blew up during lockdown because she wasn’t your typical makeup influencer. I just can’t understand why anyone could watch her with that dreadful voice it’s angers me so much 😂 also all the filters are crazy. She looks so different in videos compared to her pictures. Filters on both 🙄 so fake.
