My son had sepsis at birth and was immediately put in neonatal unit. It’s extremely serious. to even determine its sepsis they need to do lots of tests including a lumbar puncture to rule out meningitis First. I don’t think a newborn with sepsis is just kept on the normal ward. They literally have no immune system. My son was hooked up to wires and getting constant blood tests to check his infection markers, his little hands were black and blue. At the time Of Mabels birth I remember Mia saying only she had it (and I remember making the distinction between her situation and my own where both baby and I had it)
I hate remembering my sons time in neonatal tbh, it was an awful thing to go through. It really bothers me that Mia throws out very serious things that the rest of us have actually dealt with, just for shock factor. If Mia had actually been through it she would never trivialise it by lying. Immature little brat! It really upsets me actually

Thank you we are both fine now, the staff were fantastic and I am grateful everyday that we came through it With no lasting damage

“Mabel is acting like a toddler”
Mabel is not a toddler. She’s acting like a standard 8 month old. It’s as though shes had Mabel in her new born stage and now she’s pushing “she’s a toddler”
first of all , she isn’t toddling/ well established walking “Toddler milestones” are in 18months- 3 year old region. She’s a baby, Mabel is a baby
Oh trust me she will, if Mia doesn’t trust men then She’ll make sure Mabel doesn’t
It is just sounds at that age. My daughters were doing that from 7months to around 14 months. I didn’t really count the first words until my first daughter picked up a banana and out of the blue said “eat please” I nearly fell of my chair
