If she hadn't mentioned Thomas in the latest "woe is me" insta story I would have thought she was a single mother. You would think she has no help whatsoever instead of living in a household with three other capable adults. Yes her family is not allowed to visit, but that hasn't stopped her from seeing her dad and she presumably doesn't want to see Jes anyway so it just seems like pointless whining.
Does anyone here with a young baby find this content relatable or does it make you feel seen? I don't have kids so I don't know first-hand how difficult it is, but knowing she lives with extended family right downstairs makes me less inclined to sympathise.

I've a 5 month old. Both mine and my husband's parents are high risk so we just see them from the driveway once a week. Husband works full time in a very stressful job. He's at home but he may as well not be during working hours apart from a quick lunch! We make the most of it. I'm exhausted but I try not to moan. I know everyone has different levels of what they can cope with, but I genuinely do not understand her. She has loads of help around her?! Does anyone think her in-laws don't want to help? Or is it all her? I'm baffled!!

I have a 2 month old and my husband is on paternity leave. We have no other help but it still feels like a vacation. He naps 4x a day and sleeps well at night with just a few quick wake-ups. I am exclusively breastfeeding but he only eats once every 2.5/3 hours during the day so I can still leave the house without him. So I definitely don't find any of her baby content relatable. Maybe my kid is just easy??

I don’t think she asks them tbh she seems the type to just want to do everything for the baby herself but then has the cheek to complain about it and act like she’s a single parent and gets no help when she has all the help available to her. It’s weird to me that she lives with her in laws but it seems like she won’t let them take him or watch him for a while. If anything I want my child to have a good bond and close relationship with both sets of grandparents and vast majority of grandparents want to spend time with their grand babies and spoil them

This was so cringe to watch! It actually gave me vibes of HER feeling uncomfortable about what she was about to start talking about, felt like I was watching her try and shake the awkwardness out of her system so she could do that spon and earn her coin.

My baby is 5 months and my partner is working from home during lockdown and my mum is close by... so much easier with family around.
