From looking at twitter it seems like a lot of Irish people are realising exactly what she's really like. I can't see her career thriving in the next few years she's given herself such a bad reputation. The twitter rants today were truly shocking even by Mel's standards! If she actually cared about the mental health of others wouldnt she be making content about ‘how to care for your mental health during lockdown’ etc?
Besides that, mental health services weren’t exactly great before the lockdown. As someone mentioned in the thread, mental illnesses wont magically float away once restrictions are lifted...

She doesn't care about anyone else apart from herself. She's throwing out mental health as a reason to end lockdown and get Thomas back in the skies working off his debt! Mel's only concern is the effect lockdown will have on her plan to buy her dream Skerries mansion before popping out 2 more babies! If she was really concerned and looking for a way to help she could at least try and fundraise for some mental health charities. She has a huge following a fundraiser would be an easy way for her to at least try and help.

The common theme on Twitter seems to be not this one again with her bleeping tit takes It's great to see a lot of new people realise the type she is and call her out on it.
You cannot paint yourself as an agony aunt granny type, not my words - her own and then continues to use your platform in a horrible manner when you are being paid to influence.
Her sex talks are always so wide off the mark and frankly dangerous at times.
Champions herself as a go to person for tips on eating disorder recovery and does a sponsorship for calorie control apps.
The entire BLM movement and her behaviour there was the worst thing I've seen from most influencers and she got away with that too.
Don't even get me started on how she speaks about marginalised groups.
Doesn't care one bit about trans rights.
Constantly insults people with disabilities with her ableist comments.
She gaslights her own followers FFS.
Have some morals and think how your behaviour and actions will impact the minds of the young people hanging off your every word. Where's your conscience at though?
