I dont know how I didnt realise this was here but

I was obsessed with MGK in his rap days, I dont mind his 'emo' music but not the biggest fan of his emo look, give me chavy rapper mgk any day. I've seen him live and he was amazing (outing myself as an mgk fan girl now which doesn't fit with the threads I'm usually found on 🙈 and he is the polar opposite of Tommy Fury who I have admired previously on Mollys thread)

Megan was stunning, now she looks like any other plastic basic insta witch. Their Relationship has been toxic since day 1 and while the public dont know if they're off or on I think off would do them, mentally, the world of good.
 
She was pretty candid on this podcast. She more or less admits that her relationship with MGK is/was violent. She admits that she’s not in a good place, mentally.

She also worries about her sons struggling with being in the limelight when they’re older but I think she’s overestimating the interest in them. Plenty of celebrity offspring live outside public scrutiny because they actively avoid fame. People would be even less interested in her kids if she chose to live more under the radar herself.

Yeah I agree with you in regards to the kids. I don’t think anyone has any interest in her children. She’s brought more attention to them herself by making a point of dressing them different genders etc .

I wouldnt have guessed violent, just a druggy weird haze. Thats so sad-she changed so much about herself to be what he must have wanted. I wonder if they are really separated?

Yes, she didn’t explicitly say their relationship was violent but she alluded to it a being toxic, aggressive relationship, possibly on both sides. She sounds troubled but aware of it, at least.

Yeah she said in the podcast that a stable relationship is boring to her. She wants ‘passion’ and talked about how the word passion comes from the Latin word ‘to suffer’.

I'm just listening to the podcast now.

Was anyone else struck by how unintelligent she seemed...?

  • 'I read text books at night' - Like come on Meg, no you don't.
  • She has built a career around being a sex symbol and sexually free, yet slut shamed throughout the episode - 'why are you letting guys c*m in your mouth?!
  • How many past lives has she had!? She seems very unsure of who she is.
  • Promoting and romanticising this clearly toxic and volatile relationship is also ridiculous imo.
 
I have honestly never minded her and found her really likeable at one point. I listened to the podcast and it felt like most of it she talked about how the media and paparazzi have bullied her through out her career. At one point she said she was the only one it was happening to, that she was in the media everyday and she had it worse than anyone 😂 am I missing something?? All I ever remember is her getting compliments and being called beautiful and that’s it really not much else said. I think she’s really deluded about her fame and thinks she’s more relevant than she is. Yes she’s obviously well known but the way she talked on that podcast just made me think she’s delulu and very self involved.

She 100% thinks she is more famous than she actually is. This was evident when she was talking about how worried she is for her children who will be in the spotlight as they continue to grow up. Like, there isn't that much of an interest there?!

Yes! She thinks she’s way more famous and relevant than she is. In her head she’s the most followed and abused celeb to ever exist too 😂 no one gives a tit about her kids and I thought the same when she was talking about being scared for them as if they’re going to be followed and harassed everyday 🙃 I couldn’t pick her kids out of a line up.
 
It was the inane pseudo-spirituality peppered throughout that made the episode almost unlistenable for me. She sounds like every basic, faux-deep, LA influencer/model-type, but seems to believe her perspective is highly unique and cerebral. She admitted she thinks she'll have a tragic, Marilyn Monroe-type legacy; this type of self-mythologising seems both tedious and unhealthy.
