I don't find it painful at all and I have a really low pain threshold. I often tell people I'm allergic to pain!
Hot wax is less painful than normal waxing. The most painful part is when they put the wax on as its like putting candle wax on your skin, it burns a little but is bearable. It then cools and they rip it off with their fingers which I don't find painful at all. Hot wax is also good for sensitive skin than normal wax and lasts longer 3/4 weeks or so. Can do it on short hair too unlike normal wax where it needs to be a certain length to be effective.

It's not overly pleasant but it's over really quickly. I'd find a specialist waxing salon if you haven't had it done before (all my place does is waxing) - and be prepared to leave your dignity at the door...mine don't even give paper pants and it's quite akin to a gynae visit! literally knees up legs apart, then on your side then legs in the air (oh and hot wax round your bumhole is a very strange experience!) But it feels amazing afterwards...

God did I really just type bumhole on my work laptop.... haven't even opened the wine yet!

Yep naked from the waist down where I go too. Tucking your knees under you chin exposing your bum hole whilst chatting about your holidays is certainly an experience 🤣🤣

@jflurker93 work stress is shit! I know the feeling, 4/5 of us in my team at work are on them (gives you an idea of how awful my workplace is 🤦🏼‍♀️). Try not to let it get on top of you ❤️

Hot wax here too- I’ve birthed 2 humans so I have no dignity already so it doesn’t bother me in the slightest, find somewhere that specialists in it and you’ll be in good hands

This 💯 Once I had my kids I lost all my dignity. During the caesarean I had a group of students present and one of the young male ones had to fit my catheter. Dignity, what dignity. I did also ask him for a knife so I could cut the babies out myself as it took them 45 mins to try and fail to fit an epidural 😂
 
Help me! Just tried my outfit on for tomorrow’s Christmas girls night out and I don’t think I like it anymore :cry: I’ve put quite a bit of weight back on since I got it and I can’t wear a bra… my boobs are like spaniels ears at the best of times (hence the upcoming boob job) but as they’re bigger now I think they look awful!

my best mate I’m out with is ten years younger than me plus had a lot of work done and looks like a bloody supermodel!
