@jflurker93 I hope you're OK! I have an irregular heartbeat anyway but have also suffered from panic attacks over the past couple of years and take beta blockers which really help

No medication yet, just got told to wait for a letter about a heart monitor which hasn’t come yet 😔

I’ve decided to wait for the dr ring and see what they say rather than run to sit in a&e.

I’ve had a camomile tea, a shower and covered myself in lavender oil to try calm down. Thankfully it’s helped so i’ll see what the doctor says first before sitting in a&e all day. If I need to go at least they might refer me through like last time so I don’t have to wait.

You'd think seeing as you're right near a specialist cardiac department (actually two if you count the MRI) you'd get seen really quickly

Afternoon FBC! Happy game day and Wet Wednesday 💦. I see that today we have ruined tuna. *adds to list*

@jflurker93 sending lots of love and I hope the doctor gets in touch with you soon with a plan of action that might put your mind at ease a bit ❤ in the meantime it sounds like you’re doing the best possible things to keep yourself calm, which isn’t easy when you’re feeling like that, so props to you! I hope things get better soon xxx
 
Just spent a good 20 mins arguing with the UPS phone robot! Cause they bloody tried delivering my package when I was out even tho I requested they deliver it another day instead ffs 🙄 if I was a wag or an insta hoe instead of having a real job I’d be able to stay home and wait around for these bloody deliveries. But no the powers that be have not blessed me with such a life

also just to add I’m not a Karen and wouldn’t be rude to an actual human but the robot was pissing me off as it wasn’t listening to what I wanted or telling me what I wanted to hear it took me twice as long as it would’ve done if a real human answered the phone and just told me where my parcel is 😂 just want my bloody city shirt ffs 😭
