Not in German but in Spanish you could say it as

¿Qué coño estás haciendo?
¿Qué cojones estás haciendo?
¿Qué mierda estás haciendo?
¿Qué diablos/demonios estás haciendo?

There are probably more versions that I'm forgetting 😅
