@butterfingers I don't think anyone in here is unfriendly at all. I've never seen anyone criticise anyone for their opinions or their other crushes, MM not included, even though they might give the rest of us the ick.
The problem is the way you came here, you just commented he is arrogant, blablabla....you left it at that, and you expect everyone to believe you.
If you had come and said, look I can't give too many details because I can't out myself, but I know/knew him, we texted, sent DMs, met trough friends, whatever it really was, and he is not as he seems, or you could have explained the way he acted. And then maybe people would have believed you.
People have said many things about other footballers on the wags threads over many months, but they were showing proof, or at least they were really convincing with the information they provided.
This is not to say that he is perfect, far from it, no one knows him. In fact, no one is ever perfect, and less so famous people. I have heard stories about people both famous and non-famous that are married and have kids, and are awful outside their family life or even on it.
